Do I have to appear in court?
No. Your attorney handles the filings and appearances for you. The entire process happens online, so you don't take time off work.
What is a non-moving amendment?
It's a negotiation with the court to reduce your moving violation to a non-moving charge. Non-moving violations typically don't affect your insurance rates, and no hearing is required.
What happens if I just pay my ticket?
Paying the fine means admitting the violation. It goes on your driving record, counts toward license suspension thresholds, and insurance companies look back three to five years when setting your rates.
What if my ticket can't be amended or the contest gets no result?
Both services are backed by a refund guarantee. If your amendment isn't approved, or we get no result at all on a contested ticket, your service fee is refunded in full. The citation fine itself is always separate and paid to the court.
