Lyliane Couture is a graduate of the University of Idaho College of Law, and the University of Washington.  She began her career as a Deputy Prosecutor for Grant County in 2002. As a deputy prosecutor she prosecuted crimes and worked as a civil deputy. Lyliane Couture opened her own law firm in 2008 in Moses Lake, Washington.

 

Couture Law Firm, Inc. represents Criminal Defendants in Central Washington, including: Grant County, Adams County, Douglas County, Kittitas County, Ephrata, Moses Lake, Quincy, East Wenatchee, Ellensburg, Ritzville, and Othello.

 

Lyliane Couture is also a private pilot (ASEL) and holds an instrument rating.  Before becoming a lawyer, Lyliane was a real estate agent in the Seattle, Washington, area. This varied experience and her depth of knowledge allows her to provide effective legal services in many different areas of the law.  She is a member of several civic and professional organizations in the Moses Lake area.  She has represented government agencies in Grant County and beyond, including the Board of County Commissioners, building department, fire marshal, treasurer, auditor, assessor, sheriff and law enforcement agencies.
